People are just discovering a clever Netflix hack that is changing their lives for the better...
As we all know, finding something to watch on Netflix can take up more time than watching the actual film or series itself, and more often than not we'll waste up to an hour searching for something only to give up and scroll Instagram instead.
But did you know there's a little known hack that can drastically improve your Netflix experience?

That is, if you're into one genre in particular...
True crime has really taken off in recent years, quickly becoming one of the most searched genres on the streaming platform.
From Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story to Conversations With a Killer: The John Wayne Gacy Tapes, Netflix certainly isn't short of hard-hitting true crime series and documentaries.
If you consider yourself quite the true crime enthusiast, you may want to try entering the numbers '9875' into the Netflix search bar when you're trying to decide what to watch next.
The handy code brings up an entire list of Netflix's crime documentaries and biopics, making the decision-making process far easier and likely far quicker.
One TikToker recently shared the hack and other users were quick to praise how efficient it is.
"It works. Best way to find True crime on Netflix," one commented. Another shared that the streamer has codes for every genre, writing: "Google Netflix codes and you get them all."
Some users noted some unusual inconsistencies however, with one writing: "Peppa Pig also came up," and another adding: "I did it and Shrek Forever After came up."

So it may not always be 100% on the mark...
But if you're struggling for what to watch, this is definitely one to try.
Some of Netflix's latest true crime series and biopics include Ghislaine Maxwell: Filthy Rich, the third season of Unsolved Mysteries and Capturing the Killer Nurse.
If true crime isn't your thing and you're feeling a little more festive, two of the streamer's new Christmas rom-coms are receiving praise: Falling For Christmas (starring the one and only Lindsay Lohan) and The Noel Diary (featuring This Is Us star Justin Hartley).
