How do I find my TOTUM Cashback user name?
You should have received an email with your unique 'user code' and 'passcode'. E.g. 2007654 and 4824. After logging in with these details, you can then update your password to something more secure.
How do I use TOTUM Cashback online?
The easiest way to use your Cashback card online is to add it to Apple Pay or your Google Wallet.
Alternatively, you can copy the card details from your account into the checkout page.
How do I use TOTUM Cashback in-store?
Once you’ve added your virtual card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet, you can use this to pay in-store by using your phone at the card reader.
Which retailers are on the TOTUM Cashback card?
Check out our TOTUM Cashback retailers list to find out where you can earn cashback. You can use your card to spend anywhere else that accepts Visa debit, but you won’t earn cashback.

When will I receive my cashback?
With most retailers, you will see your cashback appear within a few days! Although some may take up to six weeks.
To keep track of your earnings and make sure they’re captured, you can view your latest payments in the app. And you can find a full statement for your earnings on the website.
