It feels like it’s been a little while since we brought you any Biscoff news, but don’t worry, we’re back with a belter!

You’ve had Biscoff truffles, Biscoff cheesecake and even Biscoff Lasagne, but this time it’s all getting a bit more adult in the form of Biscoff Espresso Martinis.

Boasting a delicious combination of espresso, vodka, creamy caramel liqueur, indulgent Biscoff spread and a Biscoff biscuit crumb, the drink haas been taking Instagram by storm, with dozens of people posting enticing pics of their drinks.

While they may look super fancy, it turns out that they’re actually pretty easy to throw together, requiring just a few ingredients as well as a blender and - of course - a martini glass.

You can check out the recipe below but don’t worry ion you want to adjust the measurements a bit to cater tho individual tastes.

Enjoy (responsibly)!

Ingredients

  • Coffee liqueur

  • 30ml espresso or coffee

  • Shot of vodka

  • 30g Biscoff spread

  • Biscoff biscuits

  • Ice

Method

  1. Make 30ml of coffee, or an espresso shot and allow to cool.

  2. Blend with ice, vodka, coffee liqueur and Biscoff spread.

  4. Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff biscuits and coffee beans to garnish!

If you’re a fan of an Espresso Martini - and really, how can you not be ? - then you probably want to give this one a whirl…

With a Whipped Espresso Martini, the cocktail has been given an extra dimension with a shot of Courvoisier VSOP brandy and you can of course add your own twists to it with flavoured syrups or (my personal recommendation) a shot of Patrón Xo Cafe, which is blend of Patrón Silver tequila and natural coffee essence, it’s delicious.

The recipe was first shared by bartender Lucy Morton, who goes by the name @LadyLoco on Instagram. She describes the cocktail as ‘somewhere between a milk punch and an espresso martini’.

If you fancy giving it a whirl yourself, here’s how to recreate it:

  • 50ml Courvoisier VSOP

  • Ice

  • A whisk

  • Cocktail shaker / protein shaker

Method

1. Whisk together the coffee, sugar and hot water until light brown. The mixture should holds stiff peaks.
