Any nights in pending status completed stays before travellers have the 10 nights required to unlock their reward expire after 12 months of inactivity. Car hire is not eligible for reward earn or redemption and travellers are no longer able to use rewards on insurance on Hotels.com. The bonus earn on VIP Access properties will no longer apply but VIP Access perks for Silver tier and above will still be available. Any eligible bookings made before the transition with stay dates after it will continue to earn rewards at the One Key rate shown at the time of booking. New eligible bookings made on Hotels.com in the UK after the transition will count towards the 10 nights to unlock £100 in Hotels.comCash. Travellers will still be able to access and use any Hotels.comCash as OneKeyCash when booking on Expedia and Vrbo.
