Eligibility: The prize draw is only open to registered TOTUM Cashback Card Cardholders who activate their card and make an eligible purchase, or purchases, with their Prepaid Cashback Card during the Promotion Period. To make an eligible purchase, cardholders must spend at a partner retailer, or partner retailers between 29th July – 31st October 2024. Only one prize per cardholder/email address is allowed. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to participate. 3. Promotion Period: The promotion opens to entries at 00:01 GMT on 29th July 2024 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31st October 2024. 4. Prize draw: All cardholders who activate their card during the Promotion period will qualify to be entered into the prize draw to win a £5 top up (20 available), which will be added to their prepaid cashback card. All cardholders who activate their card during the Promotion period and make an eligible purchase, or purchases, with their Prepaid Cashback Card during the promotion period will qualify to be entered into the prize draw to win a £10 top up (40 available), which will be added to their prepaid cashback card. 5. Prize Draw Winner Selection: The winners will be drawn within 30 calendar days from the end of the Promotion Period. All valid transactions during the Promotion Period will be placed into the prize draw whereby ten winners will be selected at random under independent supervision. 6. Prize Draw Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by telephone, or the email held on their account within 3 days of winner selection. The Promoter has the right to validate all prize claims and reject any claims not meeting all the terms and conditions as set out. Entrants are required to maintain up to date contact details in their account. 7. The Prize: The winners will receive either a £5 top up (total of 20 winners) or a £10 top up (total of 40 winners) which will be added to their cashback card. The Prize can not be altered or amended; is non-transferable and non-refundable; and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of it for an alternative of equal or greater value if the prize or an element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
