l Promo codes can be used on all Trip.com platforms, including the app, website, and mobile site. l Eligibility: Only new users can receive a 25% discount, applicable to Railcard services. l Promo period: Once claimed, promo codes are valid until 28 November 2025. l The Railcard must be activated by purchasing any train ticket through the Trip.com platform (no minimum spend). Activation is required before use and must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Inactivated Railcards will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. l Promo codes can only be used once per user account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Only one promo code can be used per device, email address, or account of payment. Promo codes will be returned to your account if the booking is cancelled before train products issued or if train products issuance fails. Once train product is issued, promo codes are non-refundable, even if the booking is subsequently cancelled. l Trip.com reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice cancel any promotional offers and related bookings made by malicious users, including but not limited to users who make fraudulent accounts and bookings, take advantage of software vulnerabilities, or take part in any behavior that Trip.com deems to be malicious.
