To qualify for entitled discount, TOTUM passengers will be required to confirm they’re a valid TOTUM member at the time of booking. The discount is not available to Digital TOTUM members without a TOTUM+ card. The discount is only applicable to seats occupied by those passengers in possession of a valid TOTUM+ card at the time of travelling. All passengers travelling on a seat booked with TOTUM discount will be required to present their TOTUM+ membership card on demand to the megabus driver. Anyone attempting to travel using this discount, not in possession of a valid reservation number and TOTUM+ card - will be subject to a £10 penalty fare at the time of boarding on megabus services. megabusplus journeys will be subject to penalty fares in line with the National Conditions of Carriage, or can opt not to travel, in which case no refund will be given. This isn’t to be used in conjunction with any other discount offer.
