TOTUM Membership Eligibility & Criteria
Who Can Get a TOTUM Membership? Eligibility Criteria Explained TOTUM memberships are available to eligible students, professionals, apprentices and those who work in the public sector in the UK. We have two TOTUM memberships to choose from, TOTUM and TOTUM+.
TOTUM OR TOTUM+
TOTUM is our free digital discount membership providing access to 100s of online offers. with TOTUM you'll get access to some of our big-brand discounts across tech and mobile, travel, fashion, beauty, food and drink, fitness and more including... Apple, 3, asos, boohoo, TUI and many more! TOTUM+ is our paid membership for students, professionals and apprentices which offers exclusive discounts not available to free members, as well as a physical TOTUM+ card to redeem discounts in-store. Plus, enjoy other benefits such as; reduced supermarket bills with a free TOTUM Cashback card, FREE government approved 18+ ID, and 100,000s of discounts in over 90 countries worldwide!

STUDENTS
TOTUM and TOTUM+ are available to all students aged 16+ who are either in further education (FE) or in higher education (HE) at one of the following institutions: Sixth Form School College University Your course should require at least 10 hours of study per week for a minimum of 12 weeks (or a minimum of 120 hours total). Your course should also be a recognised accredited qualification.
PROFESSIONALS
TOTUM and TOTUM+ are available to anyone who fits one of the following criteria: A part-time learner studying for a professional or accredited qualification. A current member of a chartered institute, professional body, royal society, trade union or similar membership organisation. Academic or support staff at a training provider or professional institute. A recent graduate from further / higher education. Find out more. An employee with a registered email address at a government-run public sector organisation.
APPRENTICES
TOTUM and TOTUM+ are available to all UK apprentices studying one of the following qualifications: Intermediate Apprenticeship (Level 2) Advanced Apprenticeship (Level 3) Higher Apprenticeship (Level 4/5) Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6/7)
HOW DO I BUY A TOTUM+ MEMBERSHIP
All you need to buy your TOTUM+ membership is your debit/credit card, a photo and proof of your eligibility. We confirm you can join TOTUM by asking you to provide proof of which of our recognised organisations or communities you belong to. You can confirm this with the email address provided to you by your organisation (EG a university email address), details of your apprenticeship, proof of study or professional body/trade union membership or a verification/voucher code from your organisation. Just follow the steps in our sign-up process and once you're done, we'll send you your TOTUM+ card! If you're buying a TOTUM+ membership and want to include your FREE government-approved proof-of-age ID, you'll also need your passport or UK driving licence to hand when completing your application via the app. But don't worry, you can join TOTUM+ today and either opt out of TOTUM ID or complete your ID application at a time convenient to you up to 21 days after buying your membership. Please note that if you don't opt out when asked this will delay your TOTUM+ card being printed and sent to you - and we don't want that! Once you've confirmed your membership and we've taken your payment, you can get cracking by downloading the TOTUM app and logging in with your account details.
